About Us
Anthony started making Puddings at the back of Hanley’s butcher shop in 1981. In the beginning they sold only from the butcher shop, but as as word spread about their unique texture and taste, demand grew and Hanleys began supplying shops throughout North Cork.
The business continued to expand over the years, supplying pudding throughout Ireland, England and the EU.
In 2019 long after having outgrown their humble beginnings, Anthony and his wife Geraldine opened a new 15,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Coolnanave Industrial estate outside Mithchelstown. Today from this modern manufacturing facility they proudly supply their customers far and near.

BLACK PUDDING

WHITE PUDDING
White pudding, while lesser known than the famous Black Pudding, bears similarities with its more famous counterpart. While black pudding is made using pig’s blood, white pudding takes a different approach by omitting the blood component and incorporating other ingredients to create a distinct and intriguing flavour.
At its core, our white pudding typically consists of a mixture of fat, barley, onions, and various spices. The absence of blood gives white pudding its pale colour, setting it apart from the dark hue of black pudding. This alternative recipe showcases our culinary creativity and adaptability.
BACON Grillers
